Preparation and Integration Coaching
“An ounce of preparation makes for a pound of transformation”
Integration is the act of bringing together the parts of a whole. The irony is that we are already Whole. It is simply that our beliefs, conditioning, and reactive behavior are in the way of experiencing the wholeness that was there all along. Integration Coaching is about cultivating the experience of wholeness in every moment.
Experiential Work and Retreats
These are opportunities to celebrate the miracle of Existence together. Shedding layers around the illusion of separation in a ceremonial space held with integrity and experience. One breath at a time opening our hearts to commune with the all pervading essence of Love and Light that flows through all of Life. Truth embodied. Self-inquiry catalyzed.
